Naturally, Brussels is not just the European Quarter. You can stroll through the old town, spend money splendidly, admire the many magnificent buildings, and, as is fitting in Belgium, indulge in the best fries in the world. And along with that, enjoy one of the countless and extremely delicious local beers in one of the countless pubs. After that, it's time to stroll in the park of the king.
It should also be mentioned that Brussels (not without reason) is the city of Jacques Brel's chansons and the city of comics. Tim, Tintin & Co. are omnipresent here.
There is still so much to see in this surprising city - especially the many exciting museums. But a single day is only enough for a first and very general impression. However, this is extremely positive.
