From Chiang Mai, we took a minibus to Pai, a small town further north in Thailand. The journey was quite winding (762 curves in 130 km), which caused 2 Chinese people in the bus to throw up. When we arrived after 4 hours, we went in search of a hostel. After 1.5 hours, I also found a good and affordable hostel. Pai is not big, but you can spend a lot of time there. There are also many young people here and plenty of opportunities to go out for a drink in the evening.
