At 9:15 AM, we took the hotel bus to Barcelona, which is 36 km away. The bus was almost full with about 45 people. I initially wanted to ride a motorcycle, but I'm glad we chose the bus. They drive in all directions. I've never seen so many scooters, motorcycles, and taxis in my life. I would have needed an additional sticker for the city center; I don't even know if my old vehicle would have qualified for that environmental sticker. We booked a city tour with a double-decker bus. We were on the upper deck and had a great view. The earphones translated perfectly. We saw so much. Today there were so many impressions from the artistic buildings. This city must have had so much money in the 19th century to build so many artistic houses with the most beautiful facades I have ever seen. The highlight was the Sagrada Familia. This structure is beyond description. You have to take it in and process it. The football stadium and the men's prison were also impressive. The bus tour ended at 1:00 PM. We then took a taxi to the Sagrada Familia because just driving by isn't enough. Such a structure needs more time. We took a taxi back to our meeting point. The bus arrived on time at 5:15 PM and brought us back to our campsite. Once at the camper, I changed and lay down for a bit. I didn’t work at all and yet I’m so exhausted.
