Day 20 | 30.10.2016 Lake Tikitapu, Lake Rotokakahi, Gisborne

Today we drove the remaining kilometers to Gisborne and drove through a gigantic landscape. Everything was green and there were sheep, cows, and horses everywhere. Meadows and pastures as far as the eye can see. Quite a contrast when you're used to always seeing the sea.

But everything is beautiful in its own way here.

Arrival in Gisborne: you get the feeling that everything here happens on a single road, as the main road stretches through the whole city and almost all stores and shops are located here. Got something to eat quickly and then headed to a campsite to shower and get ready for tomorrow, because that's when we went to the motel.
