After our short stay in La Paz, we continued on a night bus to Uyuni, a city in the middle of the desert. We arrived in Uyuni around 7 am. We immediately booked our 3-day tour (salt flat, volcanoes, lagoons, geysers, etc.)
The accommodation was probably the worst part of the whole trip so far. The room had about 5°C during the day, there was no heating, and the shower had about 200ml of lukewarm water per minute.
The only positive thing about our stay here was the dinner at a fancy hotel.
We are currently waiting for our tour guide! We will now explore the desert in 4x4 jeeps!
