Arrival

We left home at 0:30 heading towards the airport, and thankfully without any incidents, we arrived at Munich Airport by 3:30.

After a quick check-in and an even faster security check, we took the train to our gate. It was absolutely quiet here, except for the nearly 200 people who were heading to Mallorca.

Almost on time, just before 6 o'clock, we took off and managed to get a bit of sleep. After 1 hour and 40 minutes, we landed in Mallorca ahead of schedule. The transfer buses were already waiting outside the airport. Between 9 and 10 o'clock, there is utter traffic chaos around Mallorca, so it took us an hour to get to the ship.

In Mallorca, it is a pleasant 25 degrees with wonderful sunshine.

So, we were on time for breakfast on the ship. After that, we explored it a bit. The others were on an all-day excursion, so we could only say hello in the evening.

In the afternoon, we took the shuttle back into Palma and strolled through some alleys. While some were walking together, a few went to the ice bar. In the evening, we all gathered for dinner at the Osteria, but unfortunately, we had to sit very far apart from each other. We will see each other rather sporadically in the next few days, as most can enjoy the amenities of the suites.

We were then awake for almost 20 hours, as we had hardly slept at night. At half past ten, after a quick drink in the Atlantic Bar, we went to sleep while the ship slowly left Mallorca. The kids are exploring the ship completely independently and have already discovered some familiar faces from home and school.
