Santa Cruz / Tenerife

We start our tour again directly after breakfast. Now, shortly after 9 a.m., it is still reasonably pleasant.

Leaving the harbor, we head along the promenade to the Auditorio de Tenerife.

Passing the water park, we arrive at the Palmetum. Here you can find the palms of this world. Entrance is €6 per person.

A beautifully laid out garden with viewpoints, waterfalls, and places to relax.

We returned again along the promenade until just before the harbor. There, we turned toward the city center and headed to the Mercado de Nuestra Señora de África. A traditional market for fruits, vegetables, meat, flowers, etc.

Through the pedestrian zone, we head back toward the harbor where the coveted sign is located.

And we are at the harbor entrance.

Now it's time to introduce the most important people on the ship. Jens Troier, our captain, and Steffen Waeger, the voice of the ship. The captain is somewhat, let’s say, stiff during his daily speeches. There are certainly more entertaining captains. With Steffen Waeger as the voice of the ship, we hit the jackpot. Humorous and always present.

Now we just have our dinner tonight left.
