Tongariro Alpine Crossing 👣🗻

Up to 2000 people a day plan to do the Tongariro Crossing, so unfortunately it has become a mass attraction. But the views and the landscape were breathtaking. Unfortunately, I got a bad sunstroke on that day, so I felt extremely sick during the hike and even had to go to the doctor the next day because my whole body was really affected.

The nice lady was from Germany. Her answer to why she emigrated was that she couldn't stand Angela Merkel anymore. A rare but also possible answer. 🤷🏼‍♂️😂
