Bacalar - Lagoon of the seven colors

After we had enough of Mayan ruins, we relaxed in Bacalar. The small town is located on the Lagoon of the seven colors. The lake is crystal clear like everything else here and offers shades of turquoise, reddish and dark blue.

We found a super stylish hostel called Tubo. The rooms were built around a pool and consisted of large round concrete pipes. They had only a double bed inside, but that's all you need. Anyone who wastes their time indoors in this dreamlike place is an idiot.
