Tag 11 (York- Edinburgh)

After our morning breakfast, we went straight to the train and headed to Edinburgh.

Upon arrival, it was only about 2 pm, so we still had the whole day ahead of us.

After dropping off our luggage at the accommodation, we went straight to lunch. Pizza time!

Finally with something in our stomachs, we started exploring the city. Starting with a church followed by Calton Hill. From there, we had an amazing view. Then we went to the Stone Obelisk and then to the Scott monument.

Right next to it was a small green area where we rested for a short while. On the way back, we quickly visited another church.

In the evening, we had delicious peri peri chicken at Nandos and a tasty dessert afterwards.
