Summer sun sunshine!

We were woken up this morning by the sound of the sea and sunshine. Thanks to this great weather, we were able to run some beautiful trails in the nearby Pacific Rim National Park and take beach walks at several beaches (South Beach, Kwisitis Beach, Wickaninnish Beach and Combers Beach). The spectrum of our trails ranged from rainforest to an idyllic moor hidden in the forest. The beaches are also worth a visit and range from rocky and coarse gravel to fine-grained sand. It's really fascinating to see the variety of landscapes on offer here!
