First things first - you arrive in Tokyo (through Haneda). Then... you have several options (in my opinion, too many as always, especially for Tokyo).

(1) Step by step / 一歩ずつでいい

If the jetlag kicks in, you can just enjoy yourself. Choosing slow travel this time was not a bad idea. 'Go support the local ramen spot and grab some hot soup. I thought it might cheer you up.'

(2) Cake will help! / ケーキを食べたら、元気になるよ

After that I headed into a manga café in Omori first to recover a little bit. I ate an awesome cheesecake in an old Showa-era-looking 'kissaten' named 'Cafe Tei Rouen'. In the early evening, I got on the train and strolled around a little bit through Shinagawa.
