Last night, I arrived in Finistere just after 9 PM. I quickly settled into my simple but clean room and went to the promenade.
There, I met a young couple, who were also staying at the same accommodation.
As it was already quite late, I decided to take a taxi to the lighthouse, hoping to catch the sunset.
That was, after all, one of the reasons I made this last-minute trip.
And indeed, I was able to see it; an incredible view over the seemingly endless Atlantic.
On the way down, two other Germans picked me up in their private taxi and dropped me off in the village before heading on to Santiago de Compostela. These are the wonderful stories that the Camino writes!
