Hello friends!

This is us, one week before departure, taking a walk at home in Reichenthal, Austria, at freezing -10 degrees Celsius.

We are Lisa & Michael, 27 & 29 years old, and today, on December 28, 2022, we embark on the biggest journey of our lives!

First, we will fly from Vienna to Montreal where we have an (unplanned) 18-hour layover. Then, we will finally head to the sunny and warm Cancun, Mexico! We will spend the first few days on Isla Mujeres, and then we will see where we go from there. The excitement is huge, but our Spanish vocabulary is rather tiny.
