Didn't sleep well again.
Had frappe.
Then drove to Limenas, parked the car and took my child on a great but very sweaty longer exploration tour of the ancient Greeks / Romans. While doing this, she got to see beautiful landscapes, great views and lots of stones, stones stacked by people like playing Tetris, walls, castle ruins, amphitheater, etc. And it ended with us finally climbing the last peak, taking a selfie and having to walk/climb the whole way back. Along the way, we passed a small chapel high up, where my daughter lit a candle on the way there and on the way back.
Back down in Limenas, we had a drink, ate 2 Pita Gyros and searched for our car.
Then we drove around the island and up to the mountain village Kastro on the other side (in 2012 there were 9 inhabitants). There isn't much to see, but the architecture of the houses is unique and very beautiful, and you are rewarded with a magnificent view.
From here, we drove back down and then up again to Maries. Behind Maries, there is a reservoir with two smaller waterfalls, which we visited and photographed. Before leaving, we bought some fresh pine honey and then headed towards the hotel.
It was a very nice, educational but also very exhausting day, we're tired.
