Am Top End / Lake Alexander

Today we drove about 15 minutes out of town to Lake Alexander. A great park with a lake for swimming, children's playground and free BBQ facilities. We relaxed there in the afternoon.
Then we went to the Top End - the highest point in Australia. The landscape is breathtaking and indescribable! We also observed some wallabies from a distance. Unfortunately, tourists came and wanted close-up shots, so the wallabies hopped away.
