The hike yesterday to Fiascherino wasn't entirely successful. A narrow and winding coastal road with traffic made parts of the hike a bit frightening.

Once we arrived, we soon realized that the bus back to Lerici was canceled today.

Thank goodness for taxis!

Our favorite restaurant, Trattoria L’ Ancora, was also closed tonight. A popular trattoria with delicious food and reasonable prices.

Not everything turns out as planned.
