Day 5 – International Energy, Speed Eating & a Guinness World Record

1. A day full of colors, cultures, and entrepreneurial energy

Today was marked by an intense international atmosphere at the BNI Global Convention.

Participants from all over the world came dressed in traditional attire – an impressive sight full of color, pride, and cultural diversity.

I could immediately feel the special mix of liveliness, openness, and business dynamism that carried me from the very beginning.

2. Morning – Fast-paced conversations & my personal 'Speed Eating'

By the morning, it was clear:

I would hardly be able to keep track of the numerous conversations.

A new term emerged for my experience:

Speed Eating

Not because I was eating quickly,

but because I had no moment of peace during my meals.

I was constantly approached, invited, asked questions, and engaged in discussions.

I hardly ever had so many intense one-on-one conversations in such a short time.

The delegation from Hong Kong brought an incredible amount of energy to this morning.

3. Solipure Cosmetics – my story in the spotlight

I was asked repeatedly to tell the story behind Solipure Cosmetics:

how it was founded,

what we stand for,

what makes our products unique,

and what entrepreneurial ambitions we pursue.

I felt how strong the interest was – and how visible our theme had become.

The support from Dr. Joachim Bender was immensely valuable:

I was able to make commitments, outline solutions, and connect contacts immediately.

This assurance greatly strengthened me.

4. Encounters that moved me

I met people from many countries today,

and each encounter had something special.

Entrepreneurs who were open, curious, and at the same time deeply professional.

Conversations that were not superficial,

but truly entrepreneurial discussions – direct, honest, and solution-focused.

This diversity inspired me.

I rarely felt so internationally connected as I did today.

5. Evening – A Guinness World Record: I was part of it

The evening brought an unbelievable highlight:

We participated in an attempt to set a Guinness World Record.

Goal:

The largest number of one-on-one conversations ever documented in a single event.

I participated actively – and we succeeded.

I am now part of an official Guinness World Record.

A moment I won't forget anytime soon.

It truly feels special to be part of such a global initiative.

6. Outlook – Tomorrow holds a personal highlight for me

I have a personal highlight waiting for me tomorrow, which I am very much looking forward to.

I will report on it –

and I already know

that it will be something that will move me emotionally.
