Today our journey took us from Knysna to Robertson, to the wonderful hotel the LAB. On the recommendation of our guide Natasha from the Gondwana Game Reserve, we took a small detour to Barrydale. Here you can find the best milkshake ever. It's a great location to take a break, even though it was 38 degrees outside. A sprinkler system installed above helped out.
To get to Barrydale, we had to go over a mountain pass. The landscape strongly resembles Jurassic World 😂.
The hotel owes its name to the former household dog, the LABrador 'Einstein' 🐕.
This is the best place to relax, enjoy a great wine, and simply let your soul dangle.
