Today we went to the zoo located directly in Central Park. It's not particularly big, but it's lovingly designed. The petting zoo especially was a hit with the kids.
During the seal show, we could admire the skyscrapers in the background.
In the afternoon, we went to the Highline and explored the park that was created on an old railway track. We took a leisurely stroll and could clearly see the development of the past few years. Not only has the variety of plants and the size grown, but also the surrounding area with new buildings, shops, and restaurants.
