The mood at home is grumpy. There's bickering, shouting, sulking, and snappishness. I need to do the weekly shopping. Nana is going crazy in the chaos. Aya is physically drained and sensitive. Lala is claiming everything for herself, and Maluni is buzzing around like Speedy Gonzales. Father is annoying, Mother is sensitive. Hmm, that's the situation. How can we get out of this?! I try to come up with a plan, and ta-da, THE idea: Off to the lake. Play and have lunch while I quickly hop into the nearest supermarket. I honestly didn't think the idea would get such support 🤪. A hesitant 'Ahaaa' and one who bursts out as if I wanted to visit an archaeological museum. No, not a 5-minute crisis but rather 45 minutes. I had long given up on the plan when this creature stomped up to me in the attic and grumbled: 'Can we just go already?'
Okayyy, we were there and after a 'cozy' lunch, we quickly returned home - WITHOUT doing the weekly shopping. I preferred to finish that later on my own. It was spring, we saw the lake, the kids ran around the climbing tower twice, their bellies were full, and we’ll spare you the rest 🤣.
