1 From Hollfeld to Bamberg - 'Parents Route' ;)

As a relaxed first stage, I took well-known paths from my mom's place in Hollfeld to my dad's place in Bamberg.

The weather was perfect again, I even had a slight tailwind, so it went really well even with luggage and Franconian hills, and my hunger for longer and unknown routes grew even bigger ;)

In Bamberg, I took the opportunity for some supplies at the beloved zero waste shop. I also made a stop at the bicycle shop to get a new inner tube - I had to use my spare one in the morning before setting off and had to practice changing the tire again :D

With my dad's support, my USB charger was finally expertly connected to the hub dynamo, so I will have some power on the go. My sister also dropped by and there were many kind words before saying goodbye :)

So, I'm more than ready and very excited for the first 'real' stage and curious about what awaits me!
