Dieter Hallervorden and Gerhard Wollner mimic two prison inmates. To pass the time, they decide to play 'grocery store'.
Hallervorden enters the imaginary store as a 'customer', imitating the doorbell with 'Palim, Palim!'. He asks Wollner, who plays the salesman, for a 'bottle of french fries'.
Wollner accuses him of sabotaging the game with the crazy order and demands a repeat. Since Hallervorden orders another bottle of french fries (this time a small one), Wollner requests a role reversal. Now Wollner enters the store as a 'customer'. He forgets to ring the bell at first, prompting Hallervorden to send him back. Wollner then orders: 'I would like french fries', to which Hallervorden replies: 'Do you have a bottle with you?'
