That thing with the watt is not really my thing.

Every time I arrive at the beach, the sea is gone ... nothing but mud and slush. If you wanted to swim (luckily I'm not such a water rat), you would have to walk a lot and then have to like churned up, gray water. The bay around Mont Saint-Michel is silted up. Probably only at the solstice is the monastery mountain completely surrounded by water. But it already towers impressively on its rock.

On the way yesterday we made a stop in Domfort. In addition to many old stones, a not so old, but surprisingly different-looking church caught our interest. The church was only built in the 1920s and the architect chose a Byzantine model for his steel structure due to lack of space. When I entered the church, I was confused. We had expected the usual church furnishings. Instead, this building reminded me more of a mosque; square with large arches ... different and therefore somehow exciting.

Our pitch opposite Mont Saint-Michel turned out to be a party hotspot, so the rave started here at noon and ended at 1:30 am. Techno is one of the few music genres that I don't like at all. Hours of the same rhythm, which unfortunately I don't have to go along with at all. But never mind, you can't sleep either, so we joined the rocking and smoking young French people - rocked without smoking = fatal mistake! At 11 pm we decided to try to sleep. I sealed my ears with earplugs and felt a little sorry for Micha, who tried without them. We both couldn't sleep - the beat was stronger and so we returned to the party at 12:30 am. I have never been so tired on a vacation day as today. Maybe it was because Avranches didn't impress me at all.
