Colombian Food.
I can only say one thing about it: MEAT :D
The staple food here is definitely meat or as a good friend likes to say: 'you will die here if you're a vegetarian!'
But as you can see, there are also wonderful salads with fresh avocado, strawberries, mango..and meat :D
Tamale is a delicious mass in this case consisting of corn dough, chicken, chickpeas, cheese and some rice, wrapped in palm leaves and steamed.
But cheese is also a must! Whether in hot chocolate, tea or in combination with diabetes-causing desserts.
