When we finally arrive in Tarifa after circumnavigating the Iberian Peninsula, it's windy, very windy! The palm trees at the town entrance bend under the force of the Levante wind. Betty rocks quite a bit until we finally reach the shelter of the houses. Tarifa - The Capital of Wind - lives up to its name. We were last here 25 years ago, and that was just for a week.
