Coast🏝 to Coast 🏝
With heavy hearts, we said goodbye to San Diego today. One last bagel and bowl at Spill the Beans, and then we were off to the airport by bus. 5 hours of flight and 3 hours of...

Incredible how warm it is in Miami😎
Today we first headed to the Atlantic and walked along the beach to Ocean Drive. There we had breakfast under the palm trees and enjoyed the summer weather. 🤙
To be 'safe' for the evening, we reserved a table for dinner at Locust. ✅️
On the way back, we walked along the beach. It was crowded with people😵💫
But we found a little spot and could make our first contact with the ocean.🏊♂️ It was incredibly warm!😃
Past all the hotels, we walked almost endlessly north along the beach.
A lovely New Year's Eve stroll. For a snack, we had cheesecake and piña colada.😋
Quickly showered and 'dressed up' 🕺💃, we headed to Ocean Drive at dusk.
It's amazing what's happening here. It's truly a bustling scene to experience.
From our table, we could observe the colorful hustle and bustle very well and soak in the atmosphere. The cocktails were good, and the food was tasty too.
Unfortunately, the service became helplessly overwhelmed as the night went on.
My main dish was completely forgotten, but luckily we received the two appetizers. This time there was 'no' tip except for the automatic 20%🫣
Shortly after eleven, we made our way to the beach for the best view of the fireworks.
It was a grand spectacle against the backdrop of the Miami-Atlantic skyline, and we were holding hands underneath, right in the middle of it all. 🥰
Back at the hotel, we fell into bed like stones. Jetlag is an old story.
What a New Year's Eve night!
Gsond's Neis and all the best from Miami.
Stay tuned!
