.. and everywhere else too. It's raining cats and dogs. In the morning it was still ok, normal rain, which didn't spoil our two short hikes - the forest with up to 3000 year old Alerses (Patagonian cypress) and to a waterfall. But from around 2 p.m. it was raining so much that we enjoyed a coffee and cake (also called cake in Chile 🍰) and then drove back to the hotel.
On the way you repeatedly pass rivers that were formed by the eruption of the Chaiten 🌋 volcano in 2008. And if you like camping, you will find wonderful places right by the lake. But we're happy to sleep dry 🛌
