Describing each individual day of the four days would be too lengthy, so I opted for a brief summary. But first, I would like to share a bit about my office appointment. On July 8th, I went to Chinatown at the Village Mall, where I met Mister Wells. He was supposed to help me with my arrival in Canada and the formalities regarding Work and Travel.

We had a pleasant conversation, and I had my first longer conversation in English, which surprisingly went better than I would have admitted to myself. I remember feeling nervous at first and worrying about my word choice. But the longer we talked, the more confident I felt. Mister Wells showed me some videos and handed me a small brochure with all the essential information. We discussed my plans, which are still a bit vague, and he pointed out some good places on my Canada map.

After an hour, I left the office with the task of applying for my tax ID and bank account. To be honest, I'm not quite sure what else I can take away from the conversation, as it feels like a big journey to myself, where job searching is currently excluded or not tangible yet.

Anyway, let's get started. From Tuesday to Friday, I was out and about with GĂĽde, Noah, and Rouven. Unfortunately, Kristin had to leave on Wednesday, so she couldn't secure an exclusive spot in GĂĽde's so-called
