According to various weather forecasts, it was reported to be dry from 11 AM, so we relaxed a bit before heading to Storhornet on Godøya.

With a great view, good weather, and a lovely Sherpa path, we set off towards Alnesvatnet, a drinking water lake at 280 m.

The next stop was the Johan Skytt Stone, a miniature version of Trolltunga with breathtaking views.

Unfortunately, the stone was very wet and slippery, so we didn't dare to step on it.

Now we continued to the summit, where a wonderful panoramic view awaited us.

To the right, the 'bad weather front' was already visible over the sea. We hoped it would stay where it was and not soak us.

You can also see the beautiful Sherpa path very well here, which stretched alongside the ascent as well as at the summit and around the lake.

For safety, we put on our rain pants and gaiters at the summit, which proved to be very useful for the next hour. We don't have photos of this as it was pouring down.

Back with Beppo, we decided to head a bit back inland towards Trollstigen. We also wanted to get closer to the snow.

We drove to the height of Vågstranda (not to be confused with the IKEA pocket spring mattress 😊) and are currently here https://park4night.com/de/place/461306
