To get a bit closer to our return ferry on 02.10, today we aimed for Cape South as our travel destination. On the way there, we traveled over very narrow and geographically diverse roads
we made a breakfast and hiking stop in Østebø (Rogaland) (https://park4night.com/de/place/264680).
Initially, we wanted to hike to the Brufjell holes (caves), but after the strenuous ascent, the descent was too slippery and therefore too dangerous. So we only went to the summit of Brufjellet. A short but very challenging tour.
After that, we continued to Norway's southernmost point Lindesnes (Cape South) and visited the oldest lighthouse Lindesnes Fyr.
Here at Norway's southernmost point (North Cape is about 2680 km away), we spend our last night in Norway.
We will definitely return because so far we only know the south of Norway, and we haven't seen any moose yet 🙁.
