Hello!
We haven't done much in the last few days, but we took advantage of the great weather to swim in the sea. In the evening, we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the view of the sea at sunset.
Yesterday, we went for a short hike. We set off to the village of El Risco, from where we visited Charco Azul. Literally translated, this means blue puddle. Luckily, it was a bit more than just a puddle. On the way there, we passed several small ponds - a real paradise for frogs here. At Charco Azul, we were able to enjoy the nature and silence all by ourselves, as we were the only visitors. Definitely a dreamy place to enjoy the natural surroundings. After that, we went to Mirador del Balcón. Unfortunately, there was a construction site there, so we could only enjoy the view from the road. Normally, you can look out to the sea from a 'balcony' that protrudes a few meters from a cliff.
Today, we both went for a morning run. Along the promenade and the sea, there isn't much going on in the morning, and the temperatures are pleasant for running. We spent the rest of the day at our house beach, enjoying the wonderful weather. In the evening, we had chicken with pepper sauce and colorful farfalle pasta.
