Wanaka to Mount Cook

Thursday 22.3.

It's freezing cold and raining all day, so we just stay at the campsite.

The thermometer shows 5.7 degrees.....Brrrr

It's snowing on the mountains...very pretty

We stay in the kitchen and play cards with our new friend Marius and eat...

Friday 23.3. (63 km /600 hm )

We ride a mountain bike trail along the river...sometimes a bit challenging but beautiful...

In the evening we find a spot to camp...for free...hihi

Saturday 24.3. (96 km / 800 hm )

We cycle to Twizel.

There is a free campsite at Lake Poaka. It's gorgeous...

The sun finally comes out again and we even get 15 degrees.

Sunday 25.3. (66 km / 670 hm)
