Berg Lake Trail

The next stop for us was the Berg Lake Trail at Mount Robson. This 24 km long route took us past Kinney Lake, through the Valley of a Thousand Falls, and then uphill to Berg Lake.

We started early in the morning.

At the beginning, we crossed some bridges through the valley. 



After about 2 hours, we reached Kinney Lake.


We took a short break here, because from now on it's a steep climb.

After the steep climb, we continued and the Berg Glacier came into sight.



We arrived at the campsite.



On the second day, we walked the Mumm Basin Route from there.


There are great views of Adolfus Lake on this route...


... the Berg Lake with Mount Robson and glacier...




... as well as the Robson Glacier.


On day 3, after a small breakfast, we hiked back down to the valley.
