Snow-white rocks

Yesterday we had an unwelcome pursuer. He got us again out of the blue. The snow.

In the morning we still thought we had escaped him. But when we arrived at Bryce Canyon, we realized that we were wrong. Snow, mud, and cold. Nevertheless, the sight impressed us very much.
Afterwards, it was time to hit the road. Yesterday, we had another long drive ahead of us. A total of 7 hours going up and down the mountains. The roads in Death Valley take some getting used to. It's nothing compared to a roller coaster. Some of the hills are so steep that you only see oncoming traffic or the further course of the road at the last moment. But once again, beautiful nature. And we saw desert foxes. Cute little creatures with huge ears.
When we arrived at the motel, it was already dark. So we decided to sit in front of our room and have dinner. And the best part? The starry sky! We have never seen so many stars in the sky before. And now we continue to enjoy them.

Ach, das ist sooo schade, dass Ihr Schnee hattet.😥... bei Sonnenschein und wenn die Felsformationen in unterschiedlichen Rotschattierungen nahezu leuchten ist es so ein phantastischer Ort...🤩
