17.08.2018 - Departure from St. Nikolaus Monasteries, Kavala, Nea Peramos

Breakfast, packing, loading the car.

Drive to the St. Nikolaus Monasteries between Viotopos Lake (Nestos National Park) and the sea delta. Visited everything, lit 2 candles and bought some small things (including 2 bottles of Tsipouro)

Stop in Kavala, drank Frappe in a harbor tavern. Strolled through the harbor until it got too hot for Eve.

Arrived in Peramos, I still knew my way perfectly (after 25 years). I then showed Eve the location, visited the famous Ammolofoi Beach (which I still remember nearly empty). In Peramos, we ate Pita Gyros and had a drink at a tavern by the sea.

Then met with landlord Dimitri, took over the keys and unloaded the car. Then ended the evening in the great apartment with Malamatina.
