Day 12: Veliko Tarnovo 2

Woke up - beautiful weather!

We started the city tour by bus at 9 am. Veliko Tarnovo, the former capital of Bulgaria, is the cleanest and most beautiful city on this tour so far. We visited the fortress, had free time in the city (changing money, eating, sightseeing on our own), and then visited a few highlights in the group, with Ziva right in the middle. She has accepted the group as her pack and gets along with everyone.

Finally, around 3:30 pm, we arrived back at the campground. Completely exhausted from all the information, sun, and heat. Ziva immediately lay down in the shade to sleep, and I thought it was time for the pool. It was very cool and refreshing!
