- Arequipa -

After our second stop in La Paz, we travelled to Arequipa. The journey was very difficult as we had problems with the bus and had to take a different one that took much longer and was less comfortable. But just before midnight, we managed to arrive at our destination. We checked into our room and fell into bed, exhausted.
After a good rest, we were full of energy to explore the beautiful city. We strolled through the entire city and visited many impressive buildings, churches, and squares. Since our bus was leaving very late, we spent some time in a casino to pass the time. It wasn't anything special, but it was entertaining.
In the darkness, we then drove to the bus station, checked in, and took a seat right at the front.
