Costa Rica_Manzanillo

Our first destination was the Caribbean side, specifically the region of Manzanillo. Our hotel was the 'Caribbean Resort Manzanillo'. There, we could observe toucans in the trees above the pool, take a few mini hikes through the forest where we could spot monkeys and poison dart frogs. Additionally, the whole resort was designed like a small park, allowing us to see many birds and animals. For example, a lot of weaver birds had their nests in one of the trees right next to our apartment, and the sounds were very exotic, a kind of squeaking when they approached their nest...
