Day 9 Medellin Trip to an Oasis

Farina is currently tutoring me on how the Uber transportation company works. We first used it to get from the Bogota airport to the hostel. Convenient, I thought, I want to be able to do that too 🤔. Just a country bumpkin, clueless about these things. Classic move this morning. After ordering the Uber taxi, it showed network problems. What happened? My phone was unintentionally in airplane mode again. 😅.

Today we visited the botanical garden. It was more like a large park. Green and peaceful. Balm for the soul, or rather for our ears. Not all the plants had labels, but it was very nice to just stroll around. We enjoyed an excellent meal at the restaurant. And can you believe it, with soft music and the beautiful plant world around us.

Afterwards, we went up to the Cerro Nutibara viewpoint. From here, we could look out over the huge city of Medellin.
