Wonderful days in La Rochelle

We arrive in La Rochelle in the late afternoon. At the marina, we find a central parking space. From there, we can walk into the city. The city is exactly to our taste. A beautiful harbor, old town flair with small streets, nice pubs and cafes. It's Sunday when we arrive and the city is full of life. In a street cafe, we just manage to find two free seats.

The next day there is something to celebrate 🎂... to celebrate the day, we have a really nice day. We reach the seawater aquarium in La Rochelle on foot. We are really impressed by the colorful variety of marine animals. Everything is arranged very nicely.

In the afternoon we have a cocktail on the beautiful harbor terrace... then we have a super delicious sundae. In the evening, I am invited to the restaurant for a fish dinner... the full pampering program 😍
