I won't experience the rainy season anymore, as it starts in April and is supposed to go until June. The second, somewhat weaker rainy season usually occurs from September to October. But even that varies regionally here. In the north, for example, the rainy season is more continuous and lasts from April to October. The only 'rain' that I have experienced here was right at the beginning of my stay here, but it was really only three drops of drizzle. Otherwise, we have had 30-35°C every day so far, and usually the sun shines.

Since yesterday, the Harmattan is here. A dry, dusty wind blowing here from the Sahara. Normally, this starts partially around the end of December and lasts until the beginning of February. But this year, according to Rose, everything is different because now we are feeling the Harmattan only now. Normally, it should start to decrease in early February and then slowly rain a little more.
