Arrival in Dubai

At 08:15 am, we landed in Dubai, Terminal 3. It was followed by a long walk to the baggage claim. We then took a taxi to the ship. It cost 32 AED and a tip of 20 AED.

Originally, we only wanted to drop off our bags and continue to the city. But an employee told us to queue up. That didn't cost anything extra. So we lined up in the line in front of the counters. Afterwards, we discovered that we were still charged 2 x 35 EUR.

We then made ourselves comfortable on the ship. We had cabin 8056.

After sitting on the plane for a long time, a little exercise was good.

For dinner, we went to GOSCH outside with a view of Dubai. After the delicious food and wine, we went to the Außenalster (bar) and had our first cocktails here. We already met nice people and chatted until late at night.

The BBC was very tasty (Bailey, banana and coconut).
