Endless rain on 07.09.

Got recommended a café from the hostel, took a taxi there. In the middle of the jungle. Actually, we wanted to plan our day here using the WLAN, decide where to go, book accommodation, etc. Unfortunately, there was a power outage, which we have already experienced several times here. Had a delicious meal. Anne is reading, I'm trying to edit a video, want to make a vacation video.

Stuck there for 2 hours because there was no taxi around, the bus was too far away to walk for more than 1 minute in the heavy rain.

But as fate would have it, an Englishwoman came for breakfast and offered to drive us to Calangute with her driver.

In Calangute, we are staying at the "Aerostel Hostel. It's quite nice here. The owner is very annoying, slightly drunk. Doesn't stop talking, has now taken 50 photos of us to advertise on his Instagram page. But his pushiness also has something good, he sent someone to buy beer for us and gave us fries.

We went for a walk during a short break in the rain. There are lots of Indian tourists on the beach here.

Tomorrow we will travel back to Delhi and from there (hopefully with our luggage) to Agra, to the Taj Mahal.
