Loreto Project

We are picked up by our bus driver Denver at 8:00 am from Monday to Thursday morning.

Once we arrive at the kindergarten, the children sing together with the educators.

After that, each child goes to their own group, which is divided into separate rooms.

There are a total of three groups, each with 30 children aged 3-5 years.

Loreto is a very large kindergarten with 90 children, which is rare in this area.

There is breakfast, lunch, and the children eat their own brought food in between.

After breakfast, the children are allowed to play at different tables and each group takes turns playing outside in the courtyard or on the playground.

The children learn the weekdays, numbers, animals, etc. in the local language, Afrikaans.

The children take a nap between 11:30 am and 12 pm.

We will be picked up by Denver again at 1:15 pm and taken to our house.
