Pucón 16-17

In a very friendly hostel, we have the pleasure of preparing a shared NYE dinner with the hostel guests.

We spend the last minutes of the year 2016 on the beach of Pucón with the other residents of the city, eagerly waiting for the New Year's Eve fireworks, with a bottle of champagne in hand, in a festive mood.

The rockets fired over the lake form a long and impressive spectacle. After that, there is music and party people flooding the streets.

A beautiful start to the new year!

In the first few days of the new year, we explore Pucón and the surrounding areas. We go on a hike to a waterfall. The path leads steeply down through a jungle-like forest. When we arrive, a large amount of water pours down from above, cooling the humid air and evergreen surroundings, which we did not expect!
