Prior to our trip, many people advised us against LA. Nevertheless, we decided to spend 2 days here and we can truly say that we do not regret it at all! There is so much to see in this huge city and you move from one exciting street to the next. However, we have also never seen so many homeless people before - on one side, the Hollywood Hills with unbelievably expensive, luxurious villas, and down below on the highway, homeless people on every corner.
Today, we visited the famous Walk of Fame, along with about 10,000 Chinese people...
Afterwards, we went to the Hollywood Hills and looked for the perfect spot for a photo with the Hollywood sign, which turned out to be not so easy. Later, we went to a huge outlet and to Los Angeles Downtown, where skyscrapers line up one after another.
Lastly, we had the best steak ever at "The Edmond" restaurant.
Tomorrow morning, we will head towards Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, and the next hotel in Santa Barbara.
All of this in currently sunny and hot 30 degrees Celsius :)
Warmest greetings!
