Tag 1 &2 Cassis

Day 1: First, the famous tour of the town is checked off and then a little shopping, and then off to the beach 🏝. Rest and relaxation was clearly on the agenda for today. I'll spare my readers the detailed description: lying around, applying sunscreen, swimming, recovering from swimming, ..... Not really exciting, but definitely relaxing, that was the plan for today. Back at the hostel, I cooked a delicious meal because it's possible here 😁, I had some catching up to do. Stephane finished off the leftovers and he had to admit that it was very tasty. Now the deal with my French teacher is also clear, I pay in groceries (food of course 👆🏻)

Day 2:

Elisabeth left today 😏, but as they say, we'll meet again. She invited me to stay with her in La Rochelle 🥰. She said La Rochelle is too expensive, you're my guest. It's needless to say how happy I was about that.

Today there was a short walk (40 minutes uphill) to the train station. Turns out it was for nothing because the ticket machine was broken and the ticket office is closed on Mondays 🙈. I had to recover from that and head to the beach. Just not too long today because my teacher announced a French lesson tonight, and if there's no food, I have to sweep the floor.
