Arrival in Namibia

Namibia. On August 5th, I board the plane at BER. One last tight hug with Mom and Dad, check the suitcase (with 5 kg excess weight that I didn't have to pay for, yay) and then it's through security. The plane departs on time at 18:45 towards Frankfurt. At 21:55, the aircraft takes off for the south from Frankfurt airport. After a somewhat restful night, the plane lands at 08:20 in Windhoek, Namibia, Africa. The airport is about one-tenth the size of BER. We walk across the tarmac to the only building.
