Class trip Naumburg Day 2

Day 2

As the saying goes, the early bird catches the worm, or in other words, the early bird can get lost. Some thought this, others thought that when the music box woke everyone up at 6:30 a.m. with 'Good morning, good morning, good morning sunshine...'.

At seven o'clock, there was a very lovingly decorated and tasty breakfast.

We then rushed to the train station to catch the train.

The water start was at our final destination yesterday - in Wangen.

21 km were planned, a real challenge!

We had to go through three locks and every time my heart almost stopped because some boats came very close to the edge. But at one lock with slanted walls on the left and right and then a drop-off where the boat, if it didn't tip over, would stay...it is necessary to stay away from the edge.

After about 15 km, the motivation, strength, and enthusiasm noticeably decreased. But with guessing fairy tales, inventing stories, and singing, the remaining kilometers passed very quickly.

By now, the hardships are forgotten and the kids are running around outside.

By the way, the dinner was very delicious for everyone 😊. Those who didn't like the cherry feast with vanilla sauce ate the super delicious salad with homemade dressing.
